Eligible Returns

Returns are accepted only for products valued below ₹50,000.

Returns are applicable in the following cases:

  • Damaged product received
  • Wrong product delivered

Non-Returnable Products

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Personalized or customized products
  • Used products
  • Products without original packaging or tags
  • Products without invoice
  • Products without package un-boxing video

Return Window

Customers must request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Return Conditions

To qualify for a return:

  • Product must be unused
  • Original packaging must be intact
  • Tags and invoice must be available
  • Un-boxing video is mandatory

Return Shipping Charges

Return shipping charges must be borne by the customer.
