Customer Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled before shipping or processing.
Once the order is dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
Cancellation Refund
Eligible cancelled orders will receive a full refund through bank transfer.
Refund processing may take 5–7 working days.
Cancellation by RUAH
RUAH reserves the right to cancel orders in the following situations:
- Product unavailable or out of stock
- Fraudulent or suspicious transaction
- Pricing or technical errors
- Delivery unavailable for the provided address
