Refunds are processed only after returned products are received and successfully inspected by our team.

Refund Method

Approved refunds will be processed through bank transfer.

Refund Timeline

Refunds are generally processed within 5–7 working days after approval.

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Personalized products
  • Used or damaged items after delivery
  • Returns requested after the return period
  • Products without original packaging or invoice
